Our Foundations program is required for athletes new to CrossFit and includes four (4) sessions with one of our CrossFit Level 1 certified instructors to go over form, technique, and mobility issues. This program includes six (6), follow-up sessions to give new CrossFitters the opportunity to implement new skills.
